I really wanted Tristan da Silva but he's going to go at least in the teens now. He would've been a great fit. I'm now all in on Baylor Scheierman at 30 and Quinten Post with the 54th pick.

I would love for DaRon Holmes II or Kyle Filipowski to fall to 30 and for Boston to take one.
These are the two guys i've noticed as well.
bobi klintman might be interesting as well.

as for holmes, i like him but he an invite to the green room at the draft. so i doubt he will be there for the celtics.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

This Bronny saga is a joke. It's all led by Lebron and ESPN (of course) but seriously, I feel ESPN is covering Bronny James more than the actual top picks in this year's Draft. Also apparently he's turning down workouts with teams. He's really *that* guy?? Sorry but it's this kind of stuff that makes me hope he fails in the NBA, it's all nepotism at its finest.

I expect him to go #55 to the Lakers. I think all the talk about the Suns and other teams being interested is just more of the national media hyping him up. During the actual draft no one will take him higher than 55 and Lakers will take him just to make Lebron happy.

Be honest, if Lebron decided to leave LAL right now, announced it and everyone knew he was an open Free Agent, do the Lakers still consider Bronny James as a draft pick?

Rich Paul is trying to create a market for him:  https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/40387379/agent-says-limited-nba-draft-workouts-bronny-james-design
that is how Rich Paul operates with 2nd round or late 1st round talent. He has for years and has had great success doing that getting his clients guaranteed deals, playing time, and other things atypical for late 2nd round picks.  He is a really good agent, probably the best in the sport.

Rich Paul actually is losing some luster if you follow him. I believe  His only clients under 30 to make the all star game last year was maxey. He lost Trae young and has a lot of older guys like draymond, Lebron and Davis. He had guys like wall, lonzo ball, Eric Bledsoe, jr smith and Tristan Thompson. I?m not sure how long powerful he stays when Lebron does retire. He represents d fox and garland who could still be all stars again, but pretty lean client list when Lebron retires (unless he signs some new stars)

Other than Jeff Schwartz it is pretty hard to make a case for anyone other than Rich Paul.

Yeah shwartz is pretty clearly the best in the sport when you look at the age of his star clients. So strongly disagreed with your comment he is the ?best in the sport.? I also do think he will drop down further when lebron retires very soon. The bad press from Noel regardless of who you believed and losing trae young weren?t amazing. I don?t think many people are impressed with this Bronny stuff right now either. He did do a good job for lively though.

24 players have accepted invites to the green room, and Zach Edey who is a projected 1st round pick declined.

Holmes will probably be off the board at 30, but chances are at least a few of those invites will slip.

Edey declined? wow.   wouldn't he be a sure bet as a 1st round pick?  If he dropped to the C's at #30 we would take him right?
I guess the foot speed and mobility with pick and rolls is more important than being really tall and pretty good at basketball now?

It's possible he just wanted to watch the draft with his family and friends at home.

Seems risky to invite that many guys when only 30 are being drafted. At least in past years, those guys could still stick around for round 2, but now it's just going to be super-awkward if they are still sitting there when the night is done. Do they come back tomorrow night?
