as someone pointed out earlier... I like the idea of Schroeder as a starting PG. he has no 3pt shot... yet... but his driving to the basket frees up guys who CAN shoot. and he'd probably like the idea of starting again...
nonetheless, we need better bigs. I'm on the Sabonis-train as well...

From what I've seen of him he can play pretty good defense, wouldn't say he's that bad.

Off the bench he was poor, but I guess acceptably poor. In Atlanta he was straight up garbage on defence

Schroeder is no better than Rozier. I'd rather just keep Terry.

If it really comes to Schroeder vs Rozier for our starting PG spot then we've already lost

better in terms of stats... or attitude?

I just brought him up, because I think he can get you 18ppg and might not be the-earth-is-flat-crazy... If Jay&Jay blossom to be the stars half of this forum thinks they will be... then this should be enough, right?
Bring in Sabonis and a capable 3pt-shooter... bingo!

or put your trust in a college-kiddo. or do nothing of the above, because Kyrie stays... who knows? :D

I would love to see us get Sabonis too, he is scrappy and chippy.

The C’s become the Utah Jazz east. But some fans are fine with that apparently since you will be able to root for a team that is going nowhere.

Agree.

Celts always win a championship when the team is loaded with stars.

I can't remember a time where the Celts won a championship with only one star player.

I think we are sleeping on the knicks trade offer for AD:

Dennis Smith Jr.
Zion Williamson
Kevin Knox
Mitchell Robinson
2 Dallas 1st round picks

Yea think we aren’t paying enough attention to what the knicks are doing here.

Yeah if the starting point guard options are Schroeder or Rozier I'd rather just let smart do it, or use the MLE on a guy like Darren collison. Or even let a rookie do it, if the Celts draft a point guard.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

I'm on the Coby White train!

Anyone for helping AD get to LAL and taking back Ball? Is it possible to trade for Conley?
