It has really become a chore to watch this team at this point.
Yeah, not even slightly enjoyable to watch.

I just follow along online now. Check in every so often. They make me too angry when I watch.
Might take a leaf out of your book.

Boston's defense is vastly overrated.

Defense not the issue.

The offense might be more of an issue than the defense, but the defense is clearly a problem, too.

Granted, I think most of the defensive issues are stemming from the offensive woes and our chemistry issues. Need energy and intensity on that side of the ball to be a good defensive team, and we just don't have that right now.

I think the Marcus Smart, Avery Bradley, Jeff Green, Brandon Bass, Tyler Zeller starting lineup were a better offensive one than the current version.

Stevens has typically managed to get just enough offense from groups that had no business generating any. Currently, the opposite is true. I don't know why they are trash on offense.

Boston's defense is vastly overrated.

Defense not the issue.

It is becoming an issues. Giving up lots of points with a half ass effort
It’s only becoming the issue because the offense is so horrid.  And it looks a lot worse when other teams pull away because we can’t score.  Every basket by the other team is magnified.

What’s our overall defensive ranking?  MUCH better than our offensive rank I would think.

22% from 3 point land, + 2 points between Smart, Rozier, Baynes, and Theis.

If we lose this game, which looks incredibly probable, we'll have a worse record than... the Sacramento Kings.

celtics free throw shooting is 68%. they suck at everything.

Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Yes it is. This defense is absolutely terrible.

The reason our defense is rated so high is because teams are playing down to the competition....in this case, playing down to Celtics pathetic level.

textbook example of what's wrong with this team.  Kyrie was open in the lane for a 10 footer but passes out to Morris behind the 3.  got bailed out with a Tatum bucket

Missing open shots and feeling like the team isn't playing to their potential is one thing... But a loss like this where they let the Knicks (of all teams) just get whatever they want on offense is truly dispiriting.

After all of our freaking shooting issues, and Brad draws up an ATO play for a kickout Morris 3 on 6-27 three point shooting for the night? Yeah, our offensive philosophy is just as much of a problem as anything else.
