Don't believe the source at all, but it honestly wouldn't surprise me if that was Boston's offer as that matches with a lot of the reporting that Boston was not offering Brown or Tatum.  I mean if you don't include Brown or Tatum, what other reasonable offer could Boston have actually  made.

We’ve also heard that none of the top 5 are available, which would certainly include Kyrie.

Yup, solid reporting has been consistent that Boston has not offered any of the "good stuff".

IE they're not offering Tatum/Brown/Hayward/Kyrie/Horford/Sac Pick yet.

I wouldn't be totally opposed to trading Kyrie in the right deal as I feel Rozier is the PG of the future, but not for Kawhi. Baaaarrrrfff
