So, only very slightly higher than expected, by less than $1 million.

I’m pleased.  I thought the luxury tax would be on the south side of $123 million.

You wouldn't happen to know which of these the Celtics can use?

It depends on what happens with Baynes, Smart, etc.

If the Celts want to stay below the luxury tax, they may not be able to use any of them.  It’s safe to say it’s not realistic at this time that the Celts would use more than the $5.3 million taxpayers exception.

If Smart walks, though, we can possibly use the full MLE to sign somebody.

Yup. Using either would hard cap us, though, so it's likely we just use the tax payer's mini-mid level
I'm bitter.

If the Celtics are willing to go into the luxury tax, they could likely use the big MLE, or at least an amount greater than the little MLE.

Per Lowe:  cap estimates for 19/20 and 20/21 are 109M and 116M respectively.

Those seem very optimistic. It didn’t even jump $3 million this season (after last year’s cap falling short of the projection). To jump nearly $8M and then another $7M seems ambitious.
