First win, Kyrie was killing them before he got hurt. The loss of Kyrie on top of the loss of Kevin Love earlier in playoffs proved too much to overcome.

Second win, Kawhi Leonard was killing them until he went down....the loss proved too much for San Antonio to overcome.

Third win,  Houston with momentum to win series loses its floor general and second best player to injury. The injury proves too much for the team to overcome. Best team in the East (Boston Celtics) decimated by injuries sending the next best team to the finals. Second best team in the east then gets hampered when the GOAT suffers injury to his shooting hand after game 1. Of course this proves too much for the second best team in the east to be anywhere close to being competitive.

Goes to show that GSW still benefited from injuries to other teams in all three championships. Have they ever played the best team to win any of their chips?
