So far, Boston has been undeterred in pursuing Davis -- despite his agent insisting AD would be a 2020 flight risk in free agency. For Boston, Davis could still be its best case to keep Kyrie Irving. Story soon on http://ESPN.com

Why?? This is such a catastrophic, potentially franchise-altering risk to take  :-\

LISTEN TO YOUR FATHER, PHANTOM!  ;D

Well I have to ask him again later today. I don't know if his prediction's changed after all the reporting from earlier today  :P

Whatever happened to the reports that the Pelicans owner would never approve a deal of AD to the Lakers? Are they using the Lakers to raise the price for Boston?

The Lakers have made Brandon Ingram, Lonzo Ball and the No. 4 pick in the June 20 draft available in trade talks with the Pelicans, league sources say. New Orleans has made it known it hope to assemble a three-teams-or-more deal before surrendering Anthony Davis

Lakers are so dumb.  Just empty the war chest.

Yeah, that’s definitely not getting it done, especially with Ingram’s health issues, Ball’s questionable durability and family baggage, and the fact that this is a three player draft.

Also, you know you can resign him long term and you will get guys to go play with him to build it up.   Why Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline. around worrying about kyle kuzma and the rest.

She always said that was made up.  They also have a legit gm now that will tell her the truth.

So...a PG that cannot shoot and a forward with blood clots and a bad knee. Plus a very average #4 pick.

That is a bunch of trash.

The Lakers' ability to seal a deal for  Anthony Davis likely hinges on what the No. 4 pick can fetch. If the No. 4 pick can land a player to excite New Orleans, on top of Ingram and Ball, then the teams are headed for an agreement in principle before draft night next Thursday

Lakers are reportedly keeping Kuzma out of their AD offer. I wonder if the Celtics are doing the same with Jaylen, and if Ainge includes him if the Lakers cave on Kuzma.

yeah that would suck

I'm just doubting that pick gets any team interested

I hate the rigged lottery

Yeah Ingram, Ball, Hart, 4th Pick is a trash offer, and I think Boston, New York, Brooklyn, AND the Clippers can top that. Lakers assets just aren’t very good.
