thank god it was only a concussion and not something worse. seems like it must have been a mild one since he traveled with the team last night.

hope it doesnt derail his recent growth. he had another impressive FT shooting last night with 5-5. hes 94% over his last 5 games and is in the high 70's for the last 18-19

this has lead to him being more confident/aggressive going to the basket.

we really need him to be that guy in the playoffs.

Hopefully it's not a season-ending injury.

Regardless, rest him until the postseason.

At first it looked career ending, but upon closer inspection it was only his head that smacked the floor. He didn't fall on his neck, and this thread's title should be changed to reflect that.
looks like forsberg says he hit the back of his head and neck

- Boston Celtics guard Jaylen Brown, who escaped serious injury when he hit the back of his head and neck late in the third floor of Thursday's game in Minnesota, has entered the NBA's concussion protocol.

I say if you undercut a player it's a double tech suspension and a fine.  If it's intentional that doubles.  Same kinda thing they do for hit to the head in the NFL

Sounds good. Nobody undercut Jaylen though, he did it all on his own. Similar to Andrew Bogut's terrible shoulder injury years ago off a fall from a dunk.

Some things you just can't completely prevent.
