Shutdown averted in return for trillion dollar annual deficits. Massive tax cuts and massive spending hikes. What could go wrong? You forgot to add "with Republicans in control of the Presidency and Congress."
Yeah. The only thing separating the GOP from Democrats is a paler, wealthier voting base. No principles.
And who gets the money ( 1% or 99%)
I respectfully disagree. Both parties seem happy with the money where it is. The donor lists are the clearest proof of this.
Completely agree. Both parties do what the people getting them elected with campaign financing want. Both are beholden to major money grabbers.
Both parties have shown they are incapable of creating a balanced budget. About the only things I see as differences are their stances on social issues and economics.
The GOP clearly believe in trickle down economics which has stagnated wages for the lower class and spread the difference in the wealth distribution. History has shown that when the wealth distribution becomes to large that governments fall. Its something to think about.
