 Kyrie has some of the fastest hands in the world. His and eye coordination is world-class if anything you want him moving the weights faster as he can slow down his hand speed with improper weight training.

It's similar to the next video where Hayward is being "defended," by some 5'8" mid-30's employee. As if Hayward couldn't destroy that guy more easily than you consume a ham sandwich!
