I think people are overreacting here, I thought it was a joke, done more as a meme.

A guy leaves your team in free agency (LeBron, Durant, Hayward, etc.), burns your team so you burn his jersey.

Now a guy just leaves your team, and you follow that tradition as a joke.

All I see in the twitter pic is a burning jersey. "I" could burn IT4's jersey and be laughing out loud off the camera, trolling folks.

The coward(s) couldn't even show their face.

It was enough to get Stephen A talking about it (and BOS) on ESPN, lol. He even brought up BOS's history.

I think Stephen A Smith is GREAT for ESPN and Sports. He's smart, LOUD and well-spoken. That being said I think he goes overboard and reaches sometimes.

I tolerate this from him because he gets it right so many other times. He's not perfect but I like him and he's great for sports.

I find it hard to take anything he says seriously. James is a self-serving egomaniac, and he knows in ten months it'll be HIS jerseys getting burned. It would be nice to think he actually cared about IT or Hayward, but I suspect this is him protecting himself, as usual.

You know, I think he actually cares about the Union and his fellow players.

He's definitely a bit of a narcissist, but he's been using his voice to try to accomplish good, too.

I seriously doubt it. 

Nothing I've ever seen or heard from Lebron has ever given me the impression that he cared about anything but his own image / success. 

His personality rubs me the wrong way like few players ever have.

Frustrating since theres nothing anyone can do to prevent generalizations of celtics fans when all it takes is one. Heck even a fake fan from another team trolling could do this.
