Jaylen, I think he is one size smaller than Nique. Not as nuclear. My hope is that his off the drible bounce takes him to another level. Be it in transition at first, and in halfcourt, mano-a-mano later. Then he will start dunking and going to the line, perhaps he will even make some "frog" asissts.
If all that pans out, here is my name - Grant Hill.
Size and explosiveness are similar. Both slashers in general. Both can post up. Hill was far more improved when he entered the league. Jaylen is 20 now, he still has one more developing year than Grant who entered the league 2 years later. We will have the privillege to see if Jaylen can make his handle and footwork tighter and to try and catch him. Jaylen is a slasher, he must be agressive and able to get to the paint and FT line as a part of his skillset. Grant Hill without the vision, but with an adequate 3pt shot.
