You'd have to find a SF (Gordon Hayward) and a quality back up who could also small ball PFNot unless you keep this year's #3 and take Josh Jackson and give up the 2018 nets pick

You can't make that kind of demand after what you did last night to your relationship with Porzingis.I don't see how Phil keeps him this season at this point. Last year they had a toxic environment; how much worse will it be this year when both Carmelo AND Porzingis are mad at the team and would like to be elsewhere?

Who do you believe more?QuoteAdrian Wojnarowski: Sources: Several teams engaging with NY on Kristaps Porzingis – including Boston – are unwilling to meet Knicks demands for deal. So far. 4 mins ago – via Twitter WojVerticalNBAI mean, they're basically saying the same thing: Boston is trying to find an agreeable trade amount with NY.They're certainly not doing the rumored two Brooklyn picks plus Brown and Crowder. That's insane.I am still of the idea of # 3, Crowder, and a future 1st (not Nets, Lakers or Kings) to the Knicks. Send AB (or Smart) to another team with cap space for another 1st this year that can then go the the Knicks. Feel free to help yourself to some 2nd round picks.

You'd think Celts and NY would be able to do business on Porzingis, but being told now nothing going on and nothing got close... We'll see.
Expecting a lot of posturing in the next few hours... Wouldn't rule anything out.
