Yes and his motion is as repeatable as any you will see in a 19 year old kid.

On his normal motion, for most of the video, his feet move forward and land a little closer together. He misses a couple in that stretch but they are close.

On the bad misses at the end, his feet flare out to the sides. He was tired and it's an easy fix.

The truth is Fultz will need to take his conditioning to another level coming into the NBA. But that also means that Fultz is already as good as he is and there is room for improvement in this area of his game.  He'll have to prove that he's going to put the work in.

I was worried about him before seeing that video.  Go with Josh Jackson.

I am more concerned about not practicing at game speed.  No one shoots that slow in game conditions.   Practice should be as close to a game as possible. I get that shooting after lifting is to preserve touch., though.

Athlete's do that everytime. About 85% training is at lower activity while only about 15% at game speed. This is why batting practice pitcher don't go all out every time.
