Are you suggesting he forgets how to shoot? I don't get the premise. Fultz can already shoot.

And yes, I'm choosing to ignore the obvious dig at Marcus Smart.

Fultz TS was .558 last year. 50% from 2 and 41% from 3. If he can't shoot then it's something that couldn't be foreseen prior to the draft.

Why are you looking for reasons to hate anything that the Celtics do?

Well what if like DeArron Fox gets picked 6th and he becomes some sort of role player who is a great defender but can't shoot?  Would that sorta make DeArron Fox a bust or would that be totally legit? Is that the Magic pick this year? It is right? So is that a bust?

Ok ok ok. I know Fultz is gonna be the pick and he's gonna be an instant hall of famer. But what if he becomes an offensive player about as good as say...idk...Kemba Walker or something.

But in the mean time Tatum becomes the next Kawhi Leonard/Durant.

Does that make Fultz a bust?

Well. Since defense is so incredibly awesome maybe if he just becomes an incredible offensive player who can't play defense at all that would be sorta a bust, right?

At what point do we get to declare players busts? Or do we just sorta have to love them unconditionally or something?

I get people saying the Smart hate is bad or this or that.

But the unconditional homeristic love is sorta bizarre too.

I say this is New England. Do your job. If you don't you're a bust. So it's legit to talk about.

Let's remember....Ainge was the guy that woulda drafted Durant over Oden. Right?

Instead of these dumb veiled comments can you just write what your point is?

Smart isn't a bust. Busts don't play 30 mpg for 53 win teams.
