Doc is not a motivator. They saId he was great at it. Those people don't know how great KG realty was. Doc did not win our first title it was KG's will. Brad is 3 times the coach Doc is. I love watching Balmer and Allen as owners sweat.

Doc gets overhated on this board.

Doc was great for that team and before Boston he won a coty award with the Magic.

That said, hes an awful GM.

Good coaches have great years. Doc has had a few great years but that does not make him a great coach. I would take Quinn over him. Name one Move Doc has made as GM other than saving Jordan that has helped the team get better.
