I've turned sour with Butler. He seems to act entitled now and became a diva. At least Boogie doesn't call out his team mates in public.

He's been a model citizen up till now.

He's frustrated and p---ed off.

Love to see him and crowder playing together.

He can be a good citizen off the court, donate charities for all I care. But if he can't shoulder any blame and responsibilities, he's not a good locker room presence. He strikes me as a guy who want to hog all the glory of the team and point fingers if they fail.

Please Jesus give us Jimmy Butler!!!! The effect he would have on this team would be amazing. No 2017 pick, but Brown, Johnson, Rozier, Memphis 1st, and Clippers 1st for Jimmy Butler

PG: IT, Smart
SG: Jae Crowder, Bradley
SF: Jimmy Butler, Green
PF: Jonas Jerebko, Kelly Olynyk
C: Al Horford, Tyler Zeller

Exactly!

I think any deal for Butler will HAVE to include one of 2017 Nets Pick OR Brown.

Then of course the expirings + young players (not Smart/Zizic) + future non-BKN Picks

Unless of course things turn completely sour in Chitown and the Bulls will be happy to take a "Carmelo Anthony" like return (which is probably a box of cookies lol).

What's disappointing is Butler seams to be following Wades lead. That team is coming apart at the seams.
I think everyone knew at the beginning of the season that their high hopes was fools gold.

Man would I like to have Butler   ;D

I think the Bulls keep him if they don't get this years Brooklyn pick. Jimmy Butler is really, really good.

If the C's got him without having to give up too much in the way of current players (Smart+2017+Brown) I think they'd be legit Finals contenders. Not sure anybody can beat GSW 4/7, but hey I said the same thing last year.

Then again, giving up essentially atop 6 pick in 2014, 3 in 2016, and possibly #1 in 2017 hurts. That's a lot.

The franchise who reload that way (Chicago and NY this year) are being naive or they bull**** their players and fans by make them believe this can work.
It is already complicated and take time to change role players, what makes you think 2 allstar vets will make it easier? That's flat out delusional or again you are showing disrespect to the fans who buy tickets. Remember when Lebron went back to Cleveland? After half the season they were a 0.500 team loaded with young talent (Irving, Love, Thompson).
I'm sorry, the knicks and the bulls deserve it.
Nobody realize how hard is to win in nba. Each year, Bucks is a top 5 team in the east, each year Wolves will make the playoff. This year they said in the beginning of the season Lakers will make the playoff. Oh and now it's the 76ers turn.
Are we watching the same sports?

His attitude and like this week has scared me. I would rather get Vucevic and add our pick next year can be our second scorer. I think Smart and AB's scoring growth will continue. Rozier and Brown Both will take a big leap next year too. Vucevic lower contract will help us keep both AB and IT.

Butler has 14 points through the half... BUT he's struggling again..

3/9 FG, 8/11 FT. That being said, he's hustling tonight and playing with determination.

Bulls up on the Sixers 67-57. Potential "battle for the 8 seed".

It's starting to sound like the Bulls are as dysfunctional as the kings. Now there's reports that the front office "spies" on players in the locker room via assistant coaches. I can't imagine Jimmy is there next year.

Oh wow, and apparently the front office threatened to cut Jimmy's minutes several years back if he didn't accept an extension from the Bulls and went to free agency. Thibs denied that order from the front office, so it's becoming clearer and clearer why Thibs and Butler have never got along with the front office.

Saw this late, but wow that's messed up.

Chicago firing Thibs was surprising at the time but now it looks like their motives weren't good.

I'm not saying this because of bias.. but Butler REALLY needs to get out of there.

Wade and Rondo aren't sticking around either I bet.. and then there's no one except Lopez (Gibson is a FA this summer).
