Are we in the early winey part of the game thread?

I apologize to all for my complaints. I've been in a foul mood ever since last night's game that we p---ed away due to inherent roster flaws.

I also hate the identity of this team that has completely flipped from last year. I feel like I'm watching a much lesser version of the Rockets/Warriors every night we play anymore with us just us trying to outscore opponents with only like one or two players on the roster actually playing D.

Zeller and James Young with mysterious injuries and ilnnesses.

The conspiracy theorist in me says there is a trade in the works.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Horford is so soft when he is going to the basket.

Pathetic effort on the defensive end.

I know Stevens is a great coach and blah, blah, blah but starting Mickey is ridiculous, and I say that as someone who wishes Mickey would get some minutes.  You put your best five guys on the court and KO is vastly better than Mickey.  Smart people do the dumbest things trying to demonstrate how "smart" they are.

It reminds me of a game last year when Brad needed to sub and instead of putting in Turner, he sent in RJ and he immediately gave up a wide open three.  Brad got upset and I'm thinking "Why did you put him in to begin with?"

Our identity used to be Kevin Garnett , basically our best player...

Now we have a 5 foot 7 player who plays no defense, and isnt able to play good defense...our identity is his because he is out best player.

That is why we dont beat great teams. Our identity is screwed. We have 3 good to very good defenders, but our identity is with our best player, who is one of the worst defensive players in the world.

Yeah, It's definitely a transition year. Hopefully it's a transition to a contender. It might take s couple more years.

Do fans here honestly like watching this type of basketball? I cannot stand this. We're literally just chucking threes, not taking care of the ball, and not playing any defense whatsoever.

What happened to this team over the summer?

Yeah, we made 8 -11 threes, and we're only up 1. What's going to happen when we're not red-hot hitting threes?

Sounds like he is hitting up Dallas for Bogut

Crowder exploding tonight. But I still don't like him being a spot up shooter. He used to attack the basket last season.

How do people feel about Crowder now? Is he still pouting or was he just in a small slump?
I'm bitter.

What's the record for most 3s scored between two teams in one quarter? I feel like I'm watching the all star game

I'm sorry, but Abby Chin is just brutal.  She might be the worst sideline/postgame reporter they've had in years.  Constantly stumbling over her words and asking Brad awkward and strangely worded questions.  It's actually uncomfortable to watch sometime.

He's probably making a statement - e.g., "We lost last night because you guys (bigs) weren't playing hard."  I agree, asinine decision regardless of the intent.

Not at all.  I'm taking the night off and highly recommend it.
