Marcus for MVP. Who's with me??

I do think a case can be made he is the 2nd most valuable player on this team.

Yeah IT is definitely MVP of the team, Smart 2nd,  followed by AB/Horford

The question from tonight might be, "Is Gerald Green a keeper?"

You make a big trade,  we might need him real bad.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Fun half so far.

I want to see IT or Horford get going.

Smart has been fantastic. Jaylen showed some good D and a decent post move, then traveled and has been glued to the bench. Hopefully Brad gives him some room to breathe soon.
My biases, in order of fervor:
Pro:
Smart, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Kemba, Grant Williams, Sleepy Williams, Edwards!

Anti:
Kanter, Semi, Theis, Poierier

Avery Bradley may not make the All Star team, but 6th man of the year doesn't sound so bad!

I said a case could be made.  Love Avery too.

Outstanding first half from my main man Marcus Smart.  I hope he plays this well in the second half.  Back-to-Back great games?... Could it be... could he finally be breaking out?
The talent ability has always been there. It's lack of consistency with his shooting. These last two games show what he can be with a consistent shot.

They will reserve IT for the 4th.

I think we will have an IT vs. DeRozan/Lowry duel late.

Where are the Smart haters who even hate on his hair?

Marcus converting his skeptics these last few games. Hope he keeps it up! Guys a stud in terms of intangibles and defense if he can just be solid as a scoring threat and he can have an all-star level impact.

I'm happy with Smart.

Has that KG toughness and passion. Gritty defender as well (Tony Allen-like).
