Horford is really the only guy I'm disapointed in.  1 rebound and he was up and down on rotations as well.

Wish we went more physical earlier too with Jaylen and Crowder banging inside plus Horford shows up.

This small ball thing needs to have the right players to be successful. Shooter sure would help.

You need to be able to play big too.

This game was decided as soon as we went back to small ball for the last minutes. Heroics by Bradley and IT weren't going to be enough. Certainly not on the road here.

Brad is taking a huge step backwards this year

Too be fair it's not like we have the players to go big...

We were bigger with Crowder, Jaylen, Zeller, JJ, and Smart and that's what got us back into the game.

God Horford is terrible.

He's not but he's not worth 26 million

You know what, I agree he is terrible.  And he's not worth 26 million

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would
be a step down. I am pure 100 percent Celtic. I think if you slashed my wrists, my

That was a good look for a 40% guy.

By the way, who is Avery Bradley?
Avery Bradley is our best player

Horford needs another big to help him out.

If we get that big by the trade deadline, the Cavs better watch out

We need a big. Horford is a finesse guy. Not a surprise by any means, but this game reaffirms it.

Yeah he had a terrible defensively. We also have to remember though that the Cavs have some of the best 3 point shooting big men in the league and there are very few big men that can actually properly defend that type of play style

I'm okay with this. We showed the Cavs that they cant sleep on us even when they are up by 20 with only 1 quarter to play. I want visions of Celtics' comebacks dancing in LBJ + Co's heads when we inevitably match up with them in the playoffs.

And I want these losses echoing in our young kids' ears. We were close. They are mortal. We can walk into the fourth quarter in THEIR HOUSE  down by 20 and still have a shot to win the game.

There's no such thing as a Moral Victory, but this was pretty close.

My biases, in order of fervor:
Pro:
Smart, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Kemba, Grant Williams, Sleepy Williams, Edwards!

Anti:
Kanter, Semi, Theis, Poierier

I maintain that were an impact player away from being a contender. Good effort from our guys but the outcome was expected.

Suns and Sixers both up so far tonight, they could pull out two key wins for us.
