Bird was so much smarter than just about everyone else, and crafty with his dribble he could throw off any defender enough to draw contact. He'd average 15 on just free throws alone. Add in the increased emphasis on the three-point shot and Bird might very well be even better in today's NBA than he was in the 80's.
Wasn't able to watch the first half. Looks like Brad is calling on Gerald, inneficient(but maybe still helpful)smart is back, an Amir is rebounding well.Anything else worth noting?
