IT just needs another guy to help take some pressure off of him. Horford is great, he just isn't a go to offensive player.

Exactly my point. You build with IT + Horford + 2017 Nets Pick + Brown + Smart OR Bradley

THEN find a scorer or big who can score/rebound

Unfortunately, yeah. We need an end-of-the-bench big guy to handle post scorers like Monroe, Kanter, Cousins, etc. Just someone strong enough to not get completely embarrassed.
