If they can't deal with the Kings at home then the problem is way worse than I thought.
If they lose this game and I'm Brad Stevens next game I'm starting Rozier, Jaylen, Zeller, Jordan Mickey and Smart or possibly Gerald Green.
Then when I lose that game I'm like "Well so what we lost the game? I was looking at how hard we tried. These guys tried hard enough I'm starting them again. Starting for the Celtics is a privilege. The starters lost it. I'm giving these guys another chance and then I'm looking at the results of practice."
I say keep Horford out there, but you're right. Brad needs to quit being soft himself and send the starters a message. They clearly don't have the same energy that they did last year, and they play so nonchalantly anymore that it's maddening.
The bench has been bad offensively, but at least they play hard all the time. You can't really say that about the starters outside of Horford.
