Marcus Smart could be the strangest guy to come along since Ron Artest.

wow, we held the Wolves to 12 pts in the 4th, speaking of the impact of both Crowder and Horford

Tommy is absolutely right too lol. Minny wilted once we put defensive pressure on them. They could have kept going to the basket b ut they stopped.  It wasn't us this game that did that.

Smart won this game for us. We were down 13 and he ROASTED the guys in the huddle. I could hear him over the broadcast going *expletive* this, *expletive* this. we're *expletive* better than this.

We came out of that huddle with a pulse and their lead evaporated as we went on a 19 and 0 run.

I don't even know what his stats are this game, but Smart gets the game ball.
My biases, in order of fervor:
Pro:
Smart, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Kemba, Grant Williams, Sleepy Williams, Edwards!

Anti:
Kanter, Semi, Theis, Poierier

Okay wait? How did Boston win. I turned on the game it was 72-51 MN or something like that. I turned the channel to CNN. Now yall are trying to tell me Boston won? How?

They got their head out of their ass in the 4th quarter.

So get this:

Every starter but Horford in the negatives for +/-, and every bench player other than KO and Zeller were double digit positives lol

Can I start the "Start JJ" train again? What do we have to lose at this point?
I hate to say it cause I like Crowder but I think he's the weak link in the starting lineup. He's been blaming that injury for a while going back to the playoffs.

Healthy Crowder has become a really good 2-way player.  Reliable, but not great, 3 point and midrange shooter along with defensive versatility.  The weak link is Amir.

I'm all for cutting down on Amir's minutes, cutting out Zeller completely, and having those minutes split between JJ and Brown depending on the game situation.

Crowder didn't so much yet again. It was Smart, Horford, and Rozier.

I'm glad someone stepped up and called this team out.  I said I hope Al is here for the long haul the other day and got criticized for it. People don't want that?  That's weak right there.

The difference between an experienced team and non experienced one is knowing when to turn it up and not back down.    Hopefully we keep it up.

Don't forget JJ. He was just as important.

If he can get back there then he would have a ton of value but Crowder has been bad for a while now.

Agreed. Amir apparently can't play even 20 minutes anymore. And Zeller shouldn't play at all. Also glad to see Green not get any time.

I really hope Young can earn Brad's trust. We could use another wing when Crowder is playing poorly.

I wasn't able to watch much but this is the greatest possible things to hear.  I love it.  That stuff is contagious.  I'm really starting to come around to that dirt-dog of a man.

Word on the street is that he also led a team meeting like that after the Washington game, and since that time we've played how we should be playing.
