I'm pretty done with Hunter, too.
He is trying to do too much. RJ you are not a point guard. Maybe it's just SL.

This is the Brown I watched at Cal. The dude is just so raw. Fans won't like having to watch the dude develop.
looks like he can create space and can get to the bucket.  That's good signs.  But he can't make buckets.  It would be nice to hit fast-forward and see what he looks like at age 24.  5 years from now I think he will be a real contributor.  He should start hitting his stride mid-way through the decade-long Golden State dynasty.

I am seeing the same thing, he has nice handles for a 19 year old, his flaws are definitely making those shots, I see no reasons why he cannot develop that shot 2-3 years down the line

funny, portis has all of 2pts since they put brown on him and he hasn't touched the ball as much as he had b4 it either. i think brown is doing a solid job of denying and making him kick it back out.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Jaylen is a heck of a finisher. Very impressed thus far.

And Portis is clearly a starting big that has shown he can step out and hit the 3.

At least Yabu looks like an Ainge-reach that has a chance to work out, though...

So bashing Brown and Rozier and saying Portis is a starting caliber big. Summer league.....  ::)

Portis was a starting caliber big when he was playing well in starter minutes in Chicago last year due to injuries. It was well-documented that CHI was ready to move on from their bigs to clear space for him.

Rozier looks fine, I'd prefer him to Smart. He doesn't project to be a starting PG, though, does he? He's another SG (with an inconsistent shot) in a PG's body.

It'll be apparent all season that Dunn was the BPA at 3. Whether his injury history is that bad, I don't know. But Brown is far, far away... and most everyone liked Dunn at 3. It's already looking like a no-brainer.

Jaylen can't guard Portis nor should he have to.

Correct on both counts.
Disagree.  Portis is an NBA backup.  He's exactly who Jaylen should be covering.  He needs to learn how to defend against NBA players.  If he can't learn how to cover an NBA backup, how is he going to cover NBA starters?

Bradley would struggle to cover Portis as well, that doesn't make him a poor defender
I'm bitter.

Brown will be fine, Portis didn't really look all that good when I saw him play and Roizer has the tools to be a starter.

Portis is 6'11" and a 4/5. Jaylen is a 3, so he should be able to guard 3s.

I'm really liking Yab.  He's gotten better each game.

Worst pick out of the top 10. Could have really taken anyone else...Kris Dunn has a better chance of being CP3 than this kid does of even being a solid starter in the NBA. I'm scared of who Ainge drafts with the Brooklyn pick next year. Does Draft Express have a sorting system where I can search for players with the worst shooting percentages? Could determine the #1 pick

I like Yabu. He has a skill set you can actually see. Those kind of Ainge picks usually work out.

Brown is 4-18 on field goal attempts over two summerleague games so far.

He's gonna need to shoot better than 22% in the Children's League.  That's not good at all.

Hunter looked better last summer.

Weird, isn't it?  There are a couple of other guys from his class who have struggled, early, as well.

If you mean it's good practice to try guarding a guy who is 4" taller, then fine..  But in normal play he would not guard a 6'10"dude
