What center does DA trade for? Did Horford/Durant suggest anyone?

If Durant doesn't sign, there are still some free agents out there like Gasol and Pachulia who would probably take 1+1 overpays.

Given what Orlando has been doing i'd like to see us kick the tires on a Vucevic deal.

25, on a very cheap contract, scores, rebounds and allows Horford to play a lot at the 4 spot.

I'd go for Perk if they get KG. Otherwise, I'd go for Pau Gasol on a 2 yr deal. The last UFA available. Maybe holding out to see what happens with KG.

Just get Okafor. He is the best post scoring big to come out of the draft and is huge and has much more potential than most want to say. With all the 3pt shooting from our team Okafor would kill it on both sides.

We def need to trade KO and Smart and try to grab Okafor. I'd even trade Smart and Jaylen Brown for Okafor....maybe we can squeeze the LAL (top3 protected) and MIA 2017 1st unprotected. At this point I would even do the 2017 BKN selection for Okafor. Any Ideas? John Henson maybe?

Cousins time.

Never. He's a jerk and I would hate to see him in green. Would rather lose without him than have him on the team. Coach killer. No.

Or, better yet, get Cousins.

If you can either keep enough, or find enough, behind that five, you're looking at a team that should be legit competition for the Cavs in the East.

Why not just retain Amir?

Horford has played center his entire NBA career...

Leave Horford at C and either pay Meyers Leonard more than Portland can afford or work out a sign and trade to get him.  He has length, shot blocking ability, rebounds and shoots well for a big man/PF.  Perfect compliment to Horford.

Phoenix would surely consider trading Chandler, I bet the Kings would make a deal for WCS, Noel may be available. There are defensive minded centers available in trade. Cousins is just a bad person.

yeah I assume he will start there.    This is why it never made sense to do the trade with Philly for Noel.  If the goal was to sign a center, why do that?  We signed a center.

Id keep Amir. I also like the idea of Pachulia(think hes been super underated, he was really instrumental in the bucks big season 2 years ago and also in keeping Dallas afloat last year) or gasol on massive Amir like contracts. I also wouldnt mind adding Noel/Okafor/WCS but at this point im not sure how much sense those trades would make, and Im not a big WCS fan.
