Start Eric Gordon at SG and move James Harden over to SF?

Quicken the pace. Get an extra ball-handler, scorer, shooter and playmaker onto the floor.

I prefer Ariza in the starting lineup over Eric Gordon because of Ariza's defense & rebounding but it something I could see D'Antoni doing.

That's a pretty good deal but let's be honest.  Nothing is going to matter besides the epically bad defense of D'Antoni coaching Harden.

I'd be really disappointed if I was a Rockets fan.  They could never get that 3rd piece to add to Harden and Howard, both of whom never really meshed either.

Now they've settled for D'antoni and Eric Gordon.  But at least that contract isn't ridiculous under the new cap, and Gordon is a talented offensive player when healthy.

A bad defensive coach armed with 3 of the worst defenders (starters) in the league.

Biggest problem is keeping them healthy though.
