Not really new news that he's heading for New York, finally agreed on framework.

Excited to see Joakim Noah on the Knicks. He fits New York. His workmanlike but intelligent style of play. Knicks fans will love him.

No worries on how his play regressed? I'm a huge fan of Robin Lopez, and I see this as a big downgrade in their front court.

Hopefully, for them, Noah provides enough to make up for it and Rose does as well. But this is a huge contract for someone who's been on a steady decline for some time now and often injured.

Yeah, Joakim has declined some but I still like him more than R.Lopez ... and I absolutely love Noah personality wise & leadership wise and what he will bring to that Knicks team. A true character and genuine team first guy. Someone you want on your side in difficult moments.

That said, I wouldn't pay Joakim that money. Too many years.
