young made sense at the time because we were looking for a young sf we could bring along.  we had just blown up the big 3.

Reading some draftexpress profiles does not constitute knowledge.
Well I guess Ainge doesn't read draft express profiles. But he drafted JR Giddens over DeAndre Jordan and Fab Melo over Draymond Green, so maybe he should

If the standard is perfection, every GM -- including R.C. Buford -- is going to look like a buffoon.
Well at this point we are a very very long ways from perfection so I suppose we are on track in that regard.
