I love the pick. He's young. He could grow into a player that can play the 4, 3, and 2. He has potential to be a two way player also. I won't compare him to Leonard and he doesn't need to be Leonard for it to be a good pick. He could be Rudy Gay or Tayshaun Prince and it would still be a hell of a pick.

I love the Jaylen Brown trade. I felt we have too much guards, and while I agree we need shooting, I also wanted an explosive wing who can slash. He is 6'6 or 6'7 depending on who you talk to, at 225 lb, with near 7' wingspan. He can be an elite defender with his size. I am absolutely loving this pick and I hope and wish he pans out. He made 79/100 3s in the pre-draft workout with the Celtics, I don't think he has a broken shot, and we have yet to see that translate to the NBA, but I hope that means, he is capable of not just being a slasher, but also as either a spot up shooter or can create his own shot. If he is Jae Crowder in his first season as a rookie, then I will be very happy.

Kawhi is his ceiling. I think his floor could be pretty low.

That being said, I love the pick. No interest in Bender, think we dodged another skinny 7 footer. I wouldn't have been unhappy with Okafor/Noel either.
