No. 12 to Hawks. Might be a good trade up candidate depending on to what extent they're looking to retool.

So all Atlanta got for Teague was 12 in a thin draft?

Wow.

Hill to Utah

which also may mean that Hayward is staying put and that Utah has veteran leadership at the PG position.

Good. We can get Hayward for free next summer anyways.

Three-way deal with Atlanta, Indiana and Utah, with George Hill going to the Jazz, league sources tell @TheVertical.

Hmmm, must be #12 and maybe a second rounder or two to ATL?

I don't get this move from Indy's perspective, Hill was great for them last year
I'm bitter.

Sources: Utah is sending the No. 12 pick in Thursday's Draft to Atlanta as part of deal that sends George Hill to Utah, Teague to Indy.

Well, that sucks. I was hoping #12 would be in play for us to either get cheaply or move up to from 16.

PG is a deep position and getting deeper.  I don't think there is good value unless the guy is a superstar.  I don't think Teague sets himself apart that much.

I'm wondering why Utah couldn't have just gotten Teague to begin with. Seems like a better fit.

They don't need another project. All they were going to get with that pick was another backup guard or big. They're trying to make the playoffs next year.

I think this is a good deal all around for all three teams.

It'll all be worth it when they lose in the first round.

They should take on all projects if that means they have potential.  They aren't a good enough team.  Not even close.  The Western Conference is no joke.
