The Knicks also waived Tony Wroten so everyone can now stop with this nonsense that the Knicks found the next Russell Westbrook.

Wroten as Sixers PG?

Didn't the Sixers already dump him before he went to the Knicks?

Celtics could offer package including No. 3 for Millsap/Korver/etc. Both on expiring deals but that makes BOS enticing for FAs immediately.

Per (@MySportsLegion), deal is close between Celtics and Jazz  - Hayward for 3rd pick, Avery Bradley, and smart

It has been deleted

Not a great source anyways

Maybe if it was Hayward AND Favors.

He updated his post to say its Hayward and Trey Burke, which is still ridiculous

It was a fake source... MySportsIegion, not MySportsLegion
Play to win.  Always.

The 76ers were involved in trade discussions for both George Hill and Jeff Teague up until the very last minute. In the market for vet PG.

Rondo would be perfect for the DeepSixers...

Anyone buying Felger's logic that the C's and the 76'ers are haggling over Embiid?

Felger has no logic.

With 2 pretty big deals being done today, it'll make it all that more disappointing now if Ainge can't get anything done.  Major failure if we get stuck with just making the picks.  Guys are officially moving, get something done Danny.
having the #3 pick in the draft is not really what i would term a "major failure." the picks will provide the celtics with young talent. and not moving any picks today does not mean no trades will  occur.

sometimes the negativity around here is flat out silly.  ::)
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Did you want Teague, Hill, #12, Rose, or Lopez? I'm alright not being active if that's all that is available.

Time to overpay with OTHER picks - Danny can't outright WIN all trades, sometimes he's gotta go with a WIN-WIN.
I'm sure if something doesn't go down, he'll be on with Toucher and Rich saying "you know there were some deals out there, but nothing that we liked...." which is code for BS!

Yeah, there comes a time where Danny is just going to have to bite the bullet and actually pay value for a star. I think he think that we should never trade unless we fleece/clearly win the trade, which just isn't practical.

I don't think so. His attitude would NOT mesh well with a bunch of rookies.

I'm about to the point of thinking we should just try and get Lopez (not using the third pick, of course). It'd help our Brooklyn picks out, and he'd certainly be an upgrade at center. I wonder what he'd cost and if we could entice them by getting some later lottery picks, such as 12 from Atlanta.

It would be funny to see their spacing with so many non-shooters.

Woj is reporting a 3 team deal between the Bulls Heat and Raptors...it involves Butler. Uh oh.

Edit: fake account. Slight sigh of relief.
