Cavs make a mini-run, and back-to-back 3s from Steph and Klay.  As if they'd been shooting that way all night long.

LaBron not happy, I'd hate to be that locker room. Cleveland had a few players that couldn't get untracked.

i just dont see how cleveland can outscore GSW enough to win the series. GSW looks to be the better team. the cleveland bench is not going to come to the rescue it seems.

too bad for james.  ;D
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

LeBron should not be unhappy with the other other players ......

Maybe HE should apologize TO THEM. .....for shuting the door on them wanting to play team ball and himself HOGGInG the ball all the time.

Look LeBron .....it's called a Basketball team .....a team sport .......maybe he should try playing team ball .

I see LeBron being the problem , not a solution.

There's a big difference between this year and last year concerning the Warriors. Last year the Warriors barely squeaked by the Cavs in game 1 and it took a Kyrie Irving knee injury to beat the Cavs in overtime. Why? Well, personal opinion, the Warriors had the yips. Curry and Green in particular looked a little antsy and it hurt their games because of it.

Tonight, the Warriors kept the Cavs at bay for most of the game and even when the Cavs came back to take the lead, the Warriors punched right back to turn the game into a blowout. My conclusion: The Warriors are no longer held down by inexperience. They managed to blow out the Cavaliers despite Curry and Thompson having pretty bad games by their standards. The funny thing is, the Cavs' gameplan was focusing entirely on Curry and Thompson and daring someone else on the Warriors to beat them. The fact that the Warriors played along and beat them anyway tells me who is going to win this series.

Warriors will take this in 6 games. Maybe in 5.

- barbosa and livingston really brought it tonight
- tristan thompson is huge with his rebounds once  again

I wanna say, I'm happy for Barbosa. Thought he might be done when he tore his knee up a few years back when he was on the Celts.

So...Cavs fans excuse last year = no Kevin Love no Kyrie Irving.

This year, Warriors bench destroyed a Cavaliers team with LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Love.

LeBron had some BAD to's in this game at key moments.  Kyrie and Delle are atrocious on D.  Love played well.  Livingston's length a problem.  He has a magical midrange game.

GSW looked like they were practicing and they dominated. Even a sweep would not surprise me. Durant may be more inclined to come east if the Cavs lose in 4 or 5...

I can't decide if Love played well or not. He looked great in the first and most of the second quarter, getting rebounds and shooting well. But he seemed to lose composure as the game went on and seemed uncomfortable when shooting.

Also, what happened to his inside/low post game? He took some really ugly shots, really forcing the action.

Is he in decline? Just can't play with Lebron?

Man, I hate to say this after game 1, but I think the series is over. Game 1 was MUST WIN for the Cavs, and it was set up that way with both Curry and Thompson playing poorly.

The Cavs now have to win 4 of 5 against a team that has lost 15 times ALL YEAR, or win a game 7 at Golden State. I just don't think it can be done...

I'm confused by this post.  James had 9 assists.  The rest of the Cavs had 8.  Only Thompson had a better shooting percentage than James (aside from Shumpert and his 1 shot).  Irving was something like 1 of 9 in possessions where he didn't pass the ball (i.e. he brought the ball up the floor and shot) and was 0 of 6 in those situations when James was in the game.  Irving was playing hero ball not James.
