I really like both Bender and Simmons that's the thing. I've compared Simmons to duncan in personality.   I think people are underrating this draft that way.  There are some really good players.  Us and the lakers are picking high.  Philly is there.  It's scary.  It's not magic, bird or russell but listening to Bender people are underestimating him.  I like what he said when he was asked what his strengths are and he was like strengths i have a lot of weaknesses.  That's pretty savvy for a 16 year old kid.  Very Roger Federish.  other things he does does remind me of Brady.  These guys are some of the best players of all time.  I don't necessarily see that but this is a very important draft.

This isn't the 90's where players were hyped and had issues and personal issues.  Stuff wasn't set up for them to deal with things and they were cast aside.  The nba has evolved and so has the league.  It's not perfect but the last few drafts the players in the top 10 or so players have been panning out more and more.

Bird, Magic and Russell were grown men when they came into the league.  There was a much higher bust factor though.  These guys are kids and it's just different is all.

Any one of these guys can bust really but I'd rather look at the positives.  These are kids.  They all seem to be good kids until proven otherwise.  Different skillsets and talents etc, some more developed than others, but we have the nets pick the next 3 years where we can afford to gamble a bit.

whoever we draft is going to be a kid regardless.
