Pretty clear this team doesn't have a star.

Yep, another disappearing act by IT with everyone else disappearing with him.

The last several weeks have really challenged my fandom for this particular team. Going young is increasingly sounding good, especially with some higher picks coming from Brooklyn.

They key on IT, knowing the C's are super streaky shooters.

We need to play rozier and Mickey at least a few min . I'm serious
We need shooters. How will Roz and Mickey help there?

  • GOT IT!!!
IT is showing me he's a guy that cannot be counted on the playoffs.
Overreact much?

Maybe a tad bit but the guy presses. He's a spark plug that has way too much pressure on his shoulders.

Even just one knock down shooter would open things up for IT. The entire D is falling down and blocking every angle off.

Smart hit a three. I'd like to see if the next one goes down. If it doesn't I'm red lighting Smart but if he hits it I'm hoping he shoots some more. He can definitely get it going.

We got some people here who just have an anti-Isaiah agenda.

I have no beef against him. It's not all his fault considering he's the only guy that can create his own shot.

Didn't exactly mean you. More referring to jpotter
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

Our offense is disgusting this is so bad jumper after jumper after jumper.

We have nobody that can finish at the rim...none.

LOL at trying to get a star in the offseason, who's going to want to come here after witnessing this massacre?
"7ft PG. Rondo leaves and GUESS WHAT? We got a BIGGER point guard!"-Tommy on Olynyk

Guys, this is our lowest shooting half the season. It can't get any worse!
Happens to coincide with the first game of the playoffs.  What are the odds?
You raise a good point, but the Celt's "good" shooters have missed open looks too.

They also have to defend better.

its trending that way.

We are streaky so maybe next game or another we start turning it around.

IT is really a 6th man folks.  He played out of his mind this season. But now in the playoffs you can separate the starter vs bench player types

If you zero in the bench player types, you can make it real hard for them.   Can't go right, streaky shooter, turnover prone,  can't create their own shots,  size disadvantage etc

You can do your homework all you want on a starter type.   they  can't be really stopped

Sadly as we can see we don't have 1 starting type player on the court. Maybe except AB who is an elite defender

We really need to nail this offseason and obtain 2 starter type players somehow someway

C's need to come out with that intensity they showed the 2nd half against Miami. Try to get some turnovers and cut the lead down under 10.
