We are talking about changing the rules to avoid the Hack a Whatever strategy, how about changing the rules on shooters leaning to the defenders to get a foul.

That should be an offensive foul. What the heck does the defender who's in the air have to do to avoid contact he's not even initiating?

They were a bit appalled that they didn't call a foul on Mahcus prior to the technical. Obviously a foul.
