QUESTION FOR A RULES EXPERT:

If I trade my lottery-protected 1st rounder that conveys to 2nd rounders in the future, can I trade the lottery rights on the pick to a different team?

i.e. my pick goes to team A if 16+, can I set something up so it goes to team B otherwise?
