Keep building through the draft and free agency.
No need to take out someone else's trash.

Guys like Horford, Gallinari, are far from trash.

How about just keep building & improving the roster, no matter how you do it ?

Ainge has put us in one heckuva position.

Think he ment we are in no need to rush and panic. Be patient and take few smaller steps forward if we don't come up with something very big. Agree.

The idea is not to take someone else's trash, but that someone takes ours. I think that's been the premise all along for us wanting to make a trade.

Just trust Danny, he knows better than all of us.
He turned a tanking team into a champion in one year.

I agree till we see where that Nets pick ends up its better to hold onto every piece they have. Also it's better chances that GMs will part with a big time player in off season. During season it's tough to sell and could get you fired.

We don't need to trade what could be a top two pick in the draft for a declining superstar like Howard.

I don't think that has the slightest chance. I think what scares people is giving up two first even like C's and Dallas for Howard or Galo. We don't want mediocre trades that watch us waste assets or cap.

It is interesting how we can sometimes only see the risk in acquiring established players while only seeing the possible reward with draft picks.

Because players go downhill after 30.
It's the secret that made the Brooklyn trade one of the best in NBA history.

Exactly ...why waste picks on guys that have been injuried , now past there prime due to the injuries .......these guys are bench role players on a contender .

I don't see the interest in some of these guys or has beens .  Waste of assets on a rebuilding club.

There will MUCH better fish is the ocean after this season.

those players Howard and Gallo stock is going down fast ,  another two years and you can give em away. Other than third string bench on a contender.

I expect DA to hold fast to his assets .....just pay Lee to,leave and wait till summer.
