Tommy Heinsohn is most certainly part and parcel of the past, present, and future Celtics.
He is also an entertainer.
The biggest critique against him is he's a homer. Yet, one of those famous games he did, perhaps against Philly, is when he became famous for saying that's ridiculous.
"You're gonna call that a hard foul?"
It turned out he was correct and that the actual game was cited by Tim Donaghy.
Tommy understands. He was a great NBA coach. Havlicek is another old time Celtic who helps new players understand what is meant by Celtics Tradition or Celtics Pride.
We will be unstoppable in a couple years. We will probably end up looking like the Celtics of the 60's and 70's, running and defending, one for all, all for one. Celtics Pride.
And don't forget about Cornbread. He was a great player and is very smart. Unfortunately, who is going to listen to games on the radio? I miss Cornbread. I'm grateful for every game we still get with Tommy and I hope he can keep going for a long time. Jimmy Carter is over 90 and still getting it done.
