Decent talents all around, but we CAN & MUST do better.  Specifically, I'd like to see Nerlens Noel and Danilo Gallinari brought in.  You'll have to add in guys ultimately for trades, but Ainge has built the ammo to do just that.  Getting Denver & Philly to bite is the problem.

I.E.

Lee, Young, + Celtics own 2016 1st round pick to Denver for Danilo Gallinari.

Avery Bradley, Jared Sullinger, Brooklyn 2018 first round pick + Minnesota's 2016 2nd round pick to the 76ers for Nerlens Noel.

If Turner & his expiring is kept with nothing available in trade, you have:

IT/Smart/Rozier
Crowder/Smart
Gallinari/Turner/Hunter
Olynyk/Mickey/Jerebko
Noel/Johnson

Turner and Smart can of course fill in the 2 guard spot for Crowder (if he can't go there), & you'll have Brooklyn's pick next year (Bacon, Brown, Murray) to hit on a shooting guard for the Bradley upgrade, while Turner & his contract expire.

i'll move anybody on this team for upgrades.

I personally feel AB is never going to hit a jump shot ever again...the league has figured him out.

I'm with ya. Too inconsistent on offense, & doesn't pass well enough or get to the rim (dribble drive). We can do better

A mid-first and a very rough project  for Gallo?

Pretty sure Denver will find a better offer from someone in the NBA.

I like that deal for Noel though..

He had a slew of wide open jumpers the other night, just seems to have lost his November mojo.

Finally...The best thread title ever.

I've been saying this for the last two seasons. These three guys distrupt everything Stevens is trying to accomplish in his offensive system. Drives me crazy.

Love it.

This is just hyberlole. I think they're doing fine, the Celtics just lack star talent (except maybe Isaiah Thomas.)

You too ?

Bradley's a great defender, he just bugs the heck out of me on the offensive side of things.  It's not his inconsistent shot that bugs me, it's that he can't pass or dribble drive.  He struggles to swing the ball, because he's always looking to shoot first.  If he could pass and get to the rim via the dribble, I'd take him all day.

The other 2 are all over the place.  We can do better.
