Crowder has been our best player for a while.

He's on 7.5m a year for five years. He might be the most valuable non-star asset in the league right now.

Great words from a great man

Mahimi leaves and all of a sudden it's just a wide open layup and-1

Is Crowder our best player now?

I've thought so for the past month or so. His rebounding and defensive abilities put him ahead of Isaiah IMO.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Knicks up 1 on Nets after 3!
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Remember when Crowder was a poor man's Carroll? Caroll isn't even in the same league as Crowder now

Fully healthy Carroll is probably as good as Jae. Jae gets paid half as much, is 5 years younger, and seems to be getting better with every game.

This would be a sweet Nets loss

Dallas sat all their starters except for Zaza.  They're actually smart and realize that it's worth it to keep their guys healthy for the whole season, instead of playing Jarrett Jack 45 minutes a game

Is Crowder our best player now?

I'd say our best 2-way player.

Pretty sure that counts as best

Well not necessarily. Isaiah Thomas is definitely better than Crowder offensively. He's the only one keeping this offense from being one of the league's worst. I think until Crowder's recent stretch there was no debate that IT was the Celtics' best player.

It's really between Thomas and Crowder for best overall players on the team. The Celtics can't afford to lose either of them. Now if only Bradley can get back to his lights-out shooting days earlier this year, this team would get itself back on track.

The Nets / Knicks game is in Brooklyn but it's a blatant home game for the Knicks.  This is looking pretty good, although it's not set in stone.

NETS will win b/c of no melo, why are teams (cheating refs, who also injured him) trying to screw us? :)
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Didn't realize that.  That explains the beatdown.

They had an overtime and actually beat one of the bottom feeder teams by doing it a few weeks ago, I think it was the Pelicans.  Obviously though, the Thunder are not bottom feeders right now

Villanueva is a starter... I didn't even think he was still in the league lol
