It does seem like the guards on the team, especially ET and IT don't want to pass the ball to RJ.  Could they be freezing him out because they are worried about their jobs?  Or maybe RJ is just a jerk and nobody likes him.

The problem is that he almost never thinks and when he does, it's "how am I going to score in the Iso?"  It's why when he is thinking he'll stand there dribbling at the top of the key for like 12 seconds and then does a weird series of behind the back dribbles.  The fact that it goes in a third of the time doesn't mean it's a good idea.  I really want him off the team.
