Consistency always seems to be an issue for Celtics players.

Why do we always end up with such inconsistent players?  Why can't we have players like those on other teams, who never have some good games and some bad games, but play exactly the same  every time they step on the court?
Good point. We've seen the best and the worst from all our guys, then we see Derrick Rose come in for one game and he looks pretty good and we assume that's just what he always does.

I need half a dozen more games to really get excited about him turning the corner. He's fooled me a few times in the past. I am happy with his play of late, his passing, scoring, defense, are all looking better.

Will it last, is the question. If it did...nice guy off the bench, or a potential trade piece.

The key for him is staying out of foul trouble.

When you watch the same team you see the little things. All players had bad games. Keeping them to 1 out of 10 or less. It was great to see 8 players in double figures. Sully had 16 rebounds too.

The shot.  The moves it's all there .

Old habits die hard ,  his head is still full of pass first , team first .....always .

It's brutally painful, to see him have opportunity after open look and not catch and shoot .

Slowly , so painfully slowly , he is reacting a little more to scoring

He has the offense savy to put up 20 points every night and 5 assist .

It's 90 % mental with him.

There needs to be a banner above his bench.  " Kelly Shoot ".

What I understand about Kelly is that he is... passively aggressive.

In one of the previous games, Scal brought up a discussion between him and KO. KO said he is most confident when he passes the ball to a teammate and the ball gets back to him. That second touch is when he is the most confident with the ball. This is probably due to him thinking that if the ball gets back to him that means his teammates are confident in him taking a shot or making a play. Thus, I feel like he passes the ball up wanting the ball to get back to him.

One thing CBS has done that I think improved KO's confidence is that he kept KO in the game even when he is in foul trouble.

I don't know that Kelly is turning a corner because we've seen this out of him. He goes on stretches where is looks like he's improving then all of a sudden he's lost on the court.

I think the thing we are seeing more of is Kelly shooting the ball more. In games where he's scored in double-digits he's shot the ball 10+ times. In most games where he shoots under 10 shots, then he scoring 0-8 points. Now the question I: Does Brad make a concerted effort to get Kelly shots or is that up to Kelly?

Yeah I think this is an important issue.  KO seem to pick up so many ticky tack fouls.  He doesn't get much respect from the refs.  He ends up in bad position a lot on D, but he is getting better at that.

He was feasting tonight. Putting guys on his back, driving, cutting off the ball, and sticking 3s. Good work on defense too.

I've been saying it since pre-season. Kelly is much improved defensively, and his offensive game is really developing. He's been showing more decisiveness this season overall, but some nights his shots haven't hit. He still needs to be a little more consistent with the aggressiveness but it's much improved.

28 points against the Warriors in 36 min. One of his best games here, IMO. It's like him and Sully just keep taking turns raising there value.
