Donovan has refused to try and incorporate more offensively talented role players in the starting lineup despite the starting lineup's established problems due to lack of offensive diversity. Donovan is prioritizing results over methods ... and that isn't what OKC should be doing at this point in this season. They need to be trying to grow. To develop and incorporate certain individuals (like Kanter) as a team overall (team offense). Donovan is not doing that. I think these methods will end in failure again for OKC.
