So uh ... who still thinks this looks like a 50 win team?

If CBS keeps starting Lee and Crowder than no

I think it's safe to say that Amir Johnson should start. He's bringing it on both ends on the floor.

Tell Brad that. It still amazes me that he wasn't starting from Day 1.

Impressed once again by this team's battling spirit today.

I think Marcus Smart is a huge part of this team's fighting mentality. Reminds me so much of Jason Kidd (as big physical defensive PG) in terms of his leadership and playing the same way no matter what is on the scoreboard and inspiring his teammates to the same.

Amir looking like the real deal on both sides of the ball today.  He is going to have to start to get more minutes and probably start right?

Agree ^
he is having a great game, and with the way zeller is treated, amir is cracking the lineup on wednesday

Sully and Amir have made a strong case to start on this team.  Brad needs to prioritize the starting lineup and let the bench unit figure it out.

Our bench unit is strong but it's at the expense of having an adequate starting unit.

I think it's pretty obvious that Amir must start and Sully has made a decent case. I'd be okay with either KO or Sully starting alongside Amir. ET should be nothing more than injury insurance.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

  • GOT IT!!!
I was surprised that Amir wasn't starting from opening tip. Why pay the dude all that money to bring him off the bench?

Great to see the team scrapping when the offense has been so disjointed.  The effort's been there every night, we're just not executing well yet.

Smart is having his best game of the young season though.   Getting to the rim a LOT more easily.  He and Amir have probably been the best pieces out there.

Smart with 14 points, 2 reb, 2 ast, 4 steals on 6-11 shooting.  He hasn't even hit any 3 pointers and he's only taken 4 free throws.

If Smart can make this a typical performance for him, he'll be a huge part of this team's success.
