From early results ....Russell just doesn't look like the next Rose , Westbrooke or Lillard or Wall.

He is going to be good no,doubt .    I'm not seeing him a lot better than Smart or Rozier at where he was drafted. ......he was taken 6-8 spots too soon.

Larry Nance Jr. has looked like a player to me.   He is part of their rebuild and his athletic ability really shines.

LOL, It has been 15 since the Big Ten won it.   Michigan State in 2000.

If you take Kentucky out of the equation (which you would if you were talking about competition for Kentucky players), it is no contest right now.  The Big Ten is currently a vastly superior conference to the SEC.

Then how come they do not produce solid pros?  Or even stars?   The big ten is great for the NBA benches,  I suppose.

Big Ten has plenty of solid pros and it isn't like the SEC is littered with franchise players in the NBA.  I mean you basically have Wall and Cousins, both of whom went to Kentucky (which again was excluded from my statement, something you seem to consistently ignore).  Sure some nice other players Horford, Noah, etc. but they are on the level of guys like Conley, D. Green, Randolph, etc.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick
