All of Sully's shots have been short. What does that mean? :P

He's still in terrible shape  ;)

I'm guessing Hunter stays on and gets regular minutes, similar to Sully's minutes in his rookie year.

Rozier, Mickey, and Young will probably tear up the D-League most of the season outside of injury replacements.

Not sure where Turner goes. He's too ball-dominant for this team right now.

Sully and KO are probably going to fight for each other's minutes, with Amir, Zeller, and Lee being the other three bigs with regular minutes.

Crowder and JJ will probably split the minutes at the 3, with Hunter being there in small-ball lineups.

Smart and Bradley start, with IT taking up the majority of the remaining guard minutes with Hunter and/or Turner.

Marcus Smart:

11 Points (4-5 FG 1-1 from 3), 6 Assists, 0 Turnovers, 2 Steals and 1 Rebound in ~22:00

18 Points 10 Assists (Per 36)

I like it. I'll take it.

I'm absolutely reading too much into this game, but I think it is significant that Sully was the last big (except for Mickey) off the bench. Not only did he come in late but he played with all the end of bench guys at the end.

I wouldn't be surprised if he starts the year on the bench and then is either traded (after he pouts) or he comes down with a mysterious injury so they can have him get in better shape with the training staff until someone gets hurt and we need him.

I really hope that our starting lineup isn't Smart, Bradley, Crowder, Lee and Zeller.

DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

15.7 and 8.6 Per 30

If he can do that (or close to that) over the course of an NBA season, I'll be ecstatic.

Careful some will denounce his production because he played against the second team of Milan.  You out there, Chambers?  I expected this to the case.

I thought he played good, and played with efficiency on the offensive end.   I could have lived without the three point attempt.   I have always though he played best when he plays down low which he did today for the most part.   That being said, the other team played well when he was in there too.   They scored a lot especially when Lee and Sully was in there together.  Clearly missed a few rotations, my favorite play where was he tapped it to Smart showing great basketball anticipation and got him a Layup.  When he came out our leads grew.  When he was in there the other team penetrated a lot, which is what you do if your playing against a guy who lacks mobility.   Still can rebound with the best of them, in spurts.

He still looks like he has a longs ways to go in terms of being in shape.    I thought using him like we did conserved his energy.

Why it is arguable that our second unit will tear up most other teams.   We don't have the stars but we have depth and you can't rest against our bench.

Usually means a guy is tired or not conditioned.   But he shot well today 7 for 10.   One of those was a elbow jumper, one was a three and I can't recall the other.   Most of his work was inside.
