I'm sure some would consider it odd ball but my direction for team would be
Starters: IT, AB, Turner, AJ, Zeller
After first 7 mins:IT, Smart, Crowder, Lee, AJ
After first 10 mins:Smart, AB, Crowder, Lee, KO

Start 2nd Quarter:Smart, AB, Turner, Sully, KO
After 7 mins:IT, Smart, Crowder, Sully, Zeller
After 10 min:IT, AB, Crowder, AJ, Zeller

Total first half mins: AB 18, IT 15, Smart 15, Turner 14*, AJ 12, Zeller 12, Sully 10*, Crowder 10, KO 9*, Lee 5.

In 3rd and 4th qtr go with best proven match ups/combos or hot hands of the first half. You can push for the win with players that are doing well and start using some lower rotation guys for the guys that are not doing well. Lower rotation would be guys not listed in the 1st and 2nd quarter combos. Lower rotation players list: Jerekbo, Mickey, Rozier, Hunter, Young, PJ3*

* is for guys that I feel may be traded prior to season start.

PG Smart
SG Crowder
SF Jerebko
PF Sullinger
C Johnson

Everyone wants to go small but what if we put out a big team that still has a mobile center where almost everyone can shoot 3's? Could be interesting.

IT, Bradley, Crowder, Sully, Amir Johnson. I think this lineup  Is our best balance between defense and offense. I think they could mask any deficiency one may say IT has

As far as small ball lineups go, that's probably our best (unless the opposing PF isn't really good on offense, in which case I might prefer a Jerebko or Turner at PF for extra spacing).

Nice thread.  Hadn't been that creative with our lineups yet (mainly because I'm still holding out for a trade that will make us less deep and more top-heavy).
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale
