I think it will probably be:

Rubio
Kevin Martin
Wiggins
KG
Nikola Pekovic

...but I kind of think: hey, they're going young, and that maybe it would be better for LaVine to start over Kevin Martin.

Where do you think KA Towns fits into all of this? TWolves basically have an embarrassment of riches.

Rubio, Shabazz, Wiggins, Towns, Dieng

I don't see any reason to start Lavine, who makes the most sense having free offensive reign against bench guys.  Nor do I see any point in starting the old guys -- Martin, KG, Pekovic.

The Wolves are young.  They have a bright future, if all goes well, but they're bad now and will be for at least another season or two.  Plus, they have no reason to try to be good this year considering they owe us that pick if it falls outside the top 12.

If healthy, Martin and Pek will look good against second unit players, possibly upping their trade value.  KG will be the coach on the floor when he plays, and an assistant coach on the bench the majority of the time.

Should be an interesting season for that team.

It's an interesting situation up there. They can throw out a slightly competative veteran lineup up Rubio, Martin, Wiggins, KG, Pek which probably would be looking at a 9th or 10th seed. Or they could, and should, go complete rebuild mode and trade off Martin and Pek to go with Rubio, Shabazz/lavine, Wiggins, Towns, Dieng/KG.

Should be a fun team the next couple years.

I think it is my second favorite team in the league next year - after the Celtics. Very interesting - and looking very well built.

Flip Saunders said in an interview with Zach Lowe that KG was going to start. He also mentioned that Pek was still rehabing from something (so he might not be healthy for the season and if Towns starts the season as a starter he's not moving to the bench).

Towns
KG
Shabazz
Wiggins
Rubio

Hopefully that is a good enough team for us to get their pick.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Pek is currently injured. Also they probably won't rush KAT so he most likely will not be starting.

Rubio/Miller/Jones
Martin/Lavine
Wiggins/Shabazz/Hummel
KG/Bjelica/Payne/Bennett
Dieng/KAT/Pek(injured)
CB Mock Deadline - Minnesota Timberwolves
Kemba Walker / Tyus Jones / Aaron Brooks
Jimmy Butler / Jamal Crawford / Treveon Graham
Rodney Hood / Nic Batum / Marcus Georges Hunt
Taj Gibson / Nemanja Bjelica / Jonas Jerebko
KAT / Derrick Favors / Cole Aldrich
Picks - 2018 CHA 1st (Lotto protected), none out

The wolves are what the 76ers wish they were.

This.

They've got some really nice pieces there and I think Pekovic is a candidate to be traded for another assett, if they can get anything from him. The biggest question now is whether or not Rubio is the PG of the future for them. He's obviously crazy-talented but if he never figures out how to shoot they may have look somewhere else.
