I guess this will satisfy the Gallinari haters out there huh SHAQ ATTACK? Denver must feel that he is good enough to extend at those numbers.

Grrr... I proposed that exact amount of an extension here, only to realize that such an extend-and-trade idea was no longer allowed by the CBA.  The Nuggets owe me.
